Delete your Compii account

You can delete your Compii account and all the data linked to it at any time. Deletion is permanent and can't be undone.

In the app Fastest

  1. Open Compii and go to Profile.
  2. Tap Data & privacy.
  3. Tap Delete account & data and confirm.

Your account and data are deleted immediately, and you're signed out on that phone.

By email

Can't use the app? Email info@vexags.com from the email address linked to your Compii account, with the subject “Delete my Compii account”. We'll confirm your request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

A guest profile that was never linked to an email can only be deleted in the app, because we have no way to tell which guest profile is yours.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and sign-in details, including your email address
  • Your profile: display name, username, pronouns, birthday and companion
  • Your routines, steps and checklists
  • Your history: completed routines, moods, streaks, rest days and freezes
  • Your friends, circles and everything you shared with them

What we keep

Nothing in our live systems. Our server backups roll over automatically, so copies of deleted data are gone from them within 90 days.
